About the Role
As an Amazon Account Manager at PPC Adviser, you’ll be responsible for driving growth and efficiency across client accounts. This goes beyond ad management — you’ll serve as a trusted advisor who ensures both advertising campaigns and product listings are fully optimized for performance. You’ll analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement improvements that directly impact sales, visibility, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Lead regular strategy calls, provide clear reporting, and translate performance data into actionable insights.
  • Partner with clients to set and track KPIs aligned with business goals.

Advertising Strategy & Optimization

  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Stay ahead of Amazon Advertising updates and share best practices with clients.

Listing & Catalog Optimization

  • Audit and improve product listings for SEO, keyword ranking, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Identify variation opportunities (parent/child listings, bundles, etc.) to expand catalog visibility.
  • Diagnose and resolve Buy Box issues, suppressed listings, and other catalog health challenges.
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams on A+ content, titles, images, and enhanced brand presence.

Growth & Opportunity Identification

  • Uncover new ways to increase sales and market share, including new keyword targeting, category expansion, and promotional opportunities.
  • Analyze data across advertising and organic performance to deliver holistic account growth strategies.
  • Proactively recommend innovative tactics that drive measurable ROI.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing Amazon accounts (advertising + catalog/listing management).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver who can spot issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
