Support Broker Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled individual proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) to support a man with hearing impairment and developmental disabilities in effectively communicating with his support team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring clear communication and understanding between the individual and his caregivers.

• Interpretation: Translate spoken language into ASL and vice versa to facilitate effective communication.
• Medical Support: Aid the individual's medical team in directly communicating with him using ASL.
• Expression: Assist the individual in expressing his needs, thoughts, and feelings to caregivers.
• Understanding: Help the individual comprehend instructions and interactions in his environment.
• Inclusive Environment: Foster a supportive atmosphere that improves communication for the individual.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in ASL is a must.
• Previous experience working with individuals with hearing impairments and developmental disabilities.
