ABOUT YOU

You are responsible for effectively supporting and maintaining computer applications within the organization. This includes analyzing user requirements based on position/needs, configuring software systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical assistance to end users.

EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

• Support the full life cycle of software systems deployed throughout our environment. This includes creating a project plan and risk assessment using our internal process and working directly with stakeholders.
• Advanced support tickets will be escalated to this position including tasks like troubleshooting, communicating with end users, and documentation of performed actions.
• Main focus will be on specialized software.
• Manage meetings with vendors and other stakeholders regarding open tickets, implementation projects, or any other operations meeting.
• Performs analytic studies of existing applications and reports on ability to meet company needs.
• Upgrades existing applications.
• Investigates, diagnoses, and resolves faults and errors in applications.
• Assist in creating content for our internal knowledgebase.
• Ability to adapt and learn in a field that is constantly evolving.
• Good communication skills are a must to effectively write and talk with end users in a professional way.
• Ability to travel, up to 10% of the time for mostly training and conferences.

WHAT WE NEED

Education

• Minimum three years related experience with an associate degree in Web Design, Application Development or certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience and/or Training

• Microsoft Windows & Office Suite
• Technical writing
• Problem-solving
• Background with programming and/or development languages

WHAT WE PREFER

Experience performing technical support and troubleshooting of accounting software, including but not limited to:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR)
• Financial reporting systems
• Budgeting and forecasting tools

Administration of any the following SaaS platforms:

• Procore
• Sage Intacct
• Yardi
• Other ERP systems specific to real estate and/or hospitality sectors

Licenses/Certificates

• CompTIA ITF+
• CompTIA A+
• SAP Concur
• Procore
• Java Script
• CCS
• HTML
