Our challenge

We are looking for a visionary Ariba Engineer with deep expertise in Ariba Procurement Solutions, focusing on system configuration, integration, and support. Ideal for someone with 7+ years of technical leadership and client-facing delivery experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise digital transformation.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $105k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Ariba procurement systems to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration with SAP and other platforms.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Ariba modules.
  • Develop and implement custom solutions and workflows in Ariba.
  • Ensure system performance, reliability, and security.
  • Support system upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 7+ Years of experience with Ariba modules (Procurement, Supplier Management, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP integration and cloud solutions.
  • Write detailed technical documentation and user guides.
  • Train end-users and provide technical assistance as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba applications.
  • Participate in project planning, scoping, and timeline management

Preferred, but not required:

  • Experience with Ariba modules (Procurement, Supplier Management, etc.)
