Are you a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant looking to make a difference in patients’ lives? We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled COTA to join our rehabilitation team and help individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life.

✨ What You’ll Do:

Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
Support patients in developing, recovering, and maintaining daily living and work skills.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting activities as needed.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Maintain compliance with facility standards and state regulations.

🎓 Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program .
Current COTA license in the State of California .
Valid NBCOT certification .
Strong communication, organization, and patient care skills.
Prior experience in a rehab, skilled nursing, or outpatient setting preferred.
