Our chemical manufacturing client is looking for a full-time employee to join their Process Development team in Millhall, PA as a Process Chemist. This candidate will produce lab batches for comparison with R&D samples, communicate with R&D chemists to resolve issues, and recommend procedural modifications to create new products on a large scale. They will collaborate with the PD Manager to solve production problems, support QC personnel and pilot operators in testing and manufacturing new products, and develop methods to improve profitability, minimize waste, enhance quality, and address environmental concerns.
