PFB Custom Homes Group, LLC designs, fabricates, and builds high-end, energy-efficient custom log and timber frame homes across North America and internationally. Our family of brands includes Riverbend Timber Framing, PrecisionCraft Log & Timber Homes, and M.T.N Design.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time role for Riverbend Timber Framing, located in Blissfield, MI. Remote work may be an option. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who understands the unique demands of long-cycle, relationship-based sales in the custom home industry. If you have the ability to guide clients through extended decision-making processes while building trust and delivering value, this position is for you.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

· 3–5 years of successful long-cycle B2C sales experience (luxury goods, custom homes, or other high-value purchases preferred).

· Deep understanding of the homebuilding process.

· Proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships over extended sales cycles.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.

· Strong business acumen and basic finance knowledge.

· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to perform under deadline pressure.

· Professional communication skills across all levels, from homeowners to executives.

· Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

· Willingness to travel as needed.

· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
