Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will assist our legal team in a variety of corporate legal matters, including drafting legal documents, managing contracts, and maintaining corporate records. You will be responsible for conducting legal research, analyzing information, and providing recommendations to the legal team.

Required Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience with mergers & acquisitions, corporate formations, corporate maintenance, securities filings, state filings.
* Experience with corporate transactions with real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and loan closings.
* Prepare and maintain corporate records, including minute books, shareholder registers, and company charters.
* Proficiency in legal research and writing
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience with contract management software
