Dynamics NAV/BC Staff Accountant | $75k - $80k Base Salary | Remote (Eatontown, NJ) or (Miami, FL)

Brief Overview:

My Real Estate client is seeking a Dynamics NAV/BC Staff Accountant who will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting for residential properties. Working closely with the finance team, you'll utilize your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics GP, alongside your accounting knowledge, to support efficient financial management.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Manage financial operations for residential properties, including but not limited to bank reconciliations and homeowners association fees.
* Utilize Microsoft Dynamics GP for accurate reporting and financial analysis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, attending board meetings and presenting financials to stakeholders.
* Assist in the maintenance of corporate and client financials, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
* Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes, demonstrating adaptability to evolving needs.

Requirements:

* 5 - 7 years of experience in closing books and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
* Core understanding of accounting principles and practices.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to technical processes and systems.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Additional Requirements:

* Remote, with potential on-site presence in Eatontown, NJ or Miami, FL.
* Flexibility to adapt to internal changes and potential overtime requirements.
