Person should be able to write SQLs that join extremely high number of tables joined in one statement and produce data in milliseconds
Ability to write extremely optimized SQL statements that are performant
Python
Strong python expertise to write high speed ETL jobs
They are not worried on the data. Their focus is on technology
Exposure to any database or cloud is fine with them. They can train and adapt to them
Should act as the defacto leader for the offshore
