Job Description

We are currently looking for a Data Entry Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time remote role for a Data Entry Assistant at CPP Engineering, Inc. The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring data confidentiality.

The Data Entry Assistant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to receive and process data in a timely manner, and will be responsible for verifying and correcting data errors or discrepancies. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
Accurately enter and maintain data in our systems
Review work orders, review and analyze field reports, and make updates to work orders accordingly
Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly
Generation of template files and downloading and per-processing of multiple datasets in Excel
Send manager weekly progress report on closed work orders
Enter customer information into the database with precision and efficiency
Maintain and update records as needed
Assist in data collection and organization for various projects
Utilize Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including pivot tables
Collaborate with colleagues when the need arise

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience with data entry and strong typing skills
Proficiency in using spreadsheets, databases, and other data management tools
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Salary: $ 25.00 28.00 Per Hour
