Data Manager Chicago, IL Do you have 3+ years of Donor Perfect experience? We are currently in search of a Donor Perfect Data Manager for a Membership Organization located in Chicago, IL. This is a Full Time, Hybrid, Temporary-to-Permanent position. ORGANIZATION TYPE: Membership LOCATION: Chicago, IL POSITION TITLE: Donor Perfect Data Manager SCHEDULE: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week); Hybrid (First few weeks fully in office to acclimate yourself; After, 3 days in office and 2 days remote) DURATION: Temporary-to-Permanent PAY RATE: (Temp) $30-33/hour; If hired onboard permanently, the salary range would be $70-75K plus benefits Is This Your Dream Job? As the Donor Perfect Data Manager, you will support the organization's donor software to ensure accurate data, reporting, and systems. Our Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 3 years working in the Donor Perfect platform is highly preferred (would also consider other CRM database experience)
• Highly experienced in gift entry required
• Experience working with data needs of non-profit organization(s)
• People and service-oriented, resourceful
• Bachelor's Degree required

How You Will Spend Your Day:

• Update opportunity, contact, account, and payment information as needed
• Send monthly gift acknowledgments for new opportunities using internal features
• Update related opportunity information for grants and major gifts, including custom fields
• Run custom and standard reports according to finance and co-leadership needs
• Create and maintain any new campaigns, campaign members, and related opportunities
• Manage administrative needs of the database
• Other responsibilities as assigned
