- *Compensation**: $350 per week plus commission per pick-up, drop-off, and delivery
#### **Overview**
Fresh Class Builders, LLC is looking for a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The Driver will be responsible for transporting accessories and performing customer activations, while ensuring the safety and efficiency of each journey. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to follow directions, and comply with company policies regarding drug and alcohol screenings.
#### **Responsibilities**
- **Driving**: Drive for six to nine hours a day, with the ability to drive for a minimum of two hours at a time.
- **Navigation**: Use navigation systems like GPS to determine the best routes.
- **Safety Compliance**: Undergo random drug tests and alcohol screenings as required by the company.
- **Customer Activations**: Be trained to perform customer activations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Equipment Handling**: Be handy with equipment and able to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
- **Reporting**: Provide motor vehicle reports and maintain an active driver's license.
- **Software Use**: Understand and use Rodaro software GPS tracking system.
- **Camera Compliance**: Be okay with front and back inside and out dash cam real-time recording.
#### **Compensation and Benefits**

- **Commission**: Additional commission for each pick-up, drop-off, and delivery made for the company.
#### **Requirements**
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Drug and Alcohol Screening**: Ability to undergo random drug tests and alcohol screenings.
- **Driver’s License**: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- **Motor Vehicle Report**: Ability to provide a current motor vehicle report. Also be able to present on call.
- **Driving Ability**: Capable of driving six to nine hours a day, with a minimum of two hours at a time.
- **Physical Ability**: Able to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
- **Equipment Handling**: Handy with equipment and able to perform minor equipment-related tasks.
- **Navigation Skills**: Proficient in using GPS and other navigation systems.
- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with or ability to learn Rodaro software GPS tracking system.
- **Camera Compliance**: Comfortable with real-time dash cam recording.
- **Availability**: Open availability from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
