Job Description:

Draft Note is seeking a motivated and creative Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in various marketing activities, including content creation, campaign management, and market research. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to learn in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Pay:

$20.50 - $31.50 per hour

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Create and edit content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters to engage the target audience and promote brand awareness.
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and maintaining marketing databases.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to develop marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and presentations.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing reports and insights to the team.
• Help manage the company's social media accounts, including posting updates and interacting with followers.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing-related activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing to contribute fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Creative mindset with a passion for marketing.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a collaborative attitude.
