Role Summary

This position contributes to the development and execution of strategies aimed at improving financial performance, operational efficiency, cost management, and overall business effectiveness. The role involves partnering with leadership to achieve financial and strategic objectives through the application of financial planning and analysis principles. This individual will also assist in corporate financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities within operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the annual budget planning process and associated tools for a specific region.
• Assist regional management in preparing monthly business performance reports for corporate review.
• Aid regional management in the development of quarterly business review presentations.
• Provide support to the regional finance team during the monthly financial close procedures.
• Collaborate with shared services teams during the monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Design and implement analytical tools and operational processes across the organisation based on business needs.
• Conduct analysis of customer incentive programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Offer cross-functional support to various departments on both local and company-wide projects.
• Develop financial models and perform custom data analysis as required.
• Undertake other duties as directed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is essential.
• A Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in financial or business analysis, or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.

Required Skills

• Solid analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a wide range of individuals.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with minimal direct oversight.
• Candidates must possess current authorisation to work in the United States.
