Supervises: Wait Staff, Banquet Staff, À La Carte Service Staff, Pool Snack Bar Employees
Position Summary
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily dining room and banquet service operations to ensure an exceptional experience for members and guests. This role leads service staff by example, maintains high standards of hospitality, appearance, cleanliness, and service, and supports departmental goals related to service quality, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. The F&B Supervisor assists with staffing, training, inventory, and service execution while operating within established budgetary guidelines.
