Located on major routes near convenient amenities, Superchargers keep our customers charged when they are away from home. Electric Vehicles and Charging solutions across the world have seen a tremendous growth over the last years and our business environment is changing rapidly. As the market matures - regulators and authorities are rapidly developing of new legislation, regulations, and incentive opportunities in the coming years within the EV/Charging field.
To support our growth, we are looking for an Incentive and Regulatory Project Manager based at in our Engineering HQ or Gigafactory New York. You will be part of our Program Management Team, and you will be the key driver in analyzing, assessing, and understanding new and existing regulations, and assess potential risks for the operation of the Supercharger and Destination charging network. You will partner with our Compliance, Policy, and Incentive organizations to ensure all global program milestones are consolidated and articulated clearly to the product and engineering teams. In addition to this, you will be responsible to see through the execution of larger, cross-functional initiatives that are beyond the scope of existing teams toward the end of meeting incentives and Compliance requirements.
What You'll Do Gather data and analyze current risks and identify potential risks (e.g. reputational/operational/financial/taxation/regulatory) that are affecting the Charging organization Develop and implement processes to mitigate and control potential future risks Effectively respond and solve any urgent requests from different authoritiesWork closely together with the engineering teams on technical product requirements Ensure compliance with existing legal and regulatory requirements and guidelines Effectively manage stakeholders, prepare reports, and present recommendations to internal stakeholders Develop and implement a new control system in collaboration with the Operations Team and manage cross-functional programs in support of incentive and compliance goals
What You'll Bring 5+ years of risk management or relevant work experience within the electric vehicle charging infrastructure market, energy markets, electric utility markets, or equivalentExtensive understanding of European regulations, legislations and policy making; charging industry knowledge is a plus Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, prioritize workflows, meet demanding deadlines, and manage multi-faceted tasks in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization

Expected Compensation
$88,000 - $300,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
