Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To manage containment actions as identified in the HPM kaizen to ensure proper documentation and required elements of installations
  • Coordinates routine service back-office tasks, including processing high-volume service orders and ensuring accurate entry into the system to facilitate efficient service delivery.
  • Handles customer inquiries and service requests, providing detailed information and resolving issues, or directing them to appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Develops familiarity with a wide range of tasks and procedures, executing tasks of dissimilar or varied nature, resolving varied problems using pre-defined standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Works under general supervision, executes support tasks according to clear instructions, procedures, and rules while seeking alternative solutions when deviations arise, within a defined set of options.
  • Assists in preparing detailed service reports by gathering and compiling data from multiple sources, ensuring that all information is accurate and submitted within the required timelines.
  • Assists in the administration of service contracts, including the monitoring of contract renewals, ensuring compliance with terms, and updating records in the management system.
  • Monitors and maintains the accuracy of the service database, regularly auditing entries for discrepancies, and making necessary updates to ensure data integrity.
  • Supports the implementation of new back-office systems or process improvements by participating in training, testing, and providing feedback to ensure successful integration.
  • Takes on additional administrative responsibilities such as managing inventory of office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and ensuring that all back-office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Minimum required Education:

  • High School Diploma, Vocational Education
  • Prefer Bachelor's Degree

Minimum required Experience:

  • One to Two year's experience

The pay range for this position is $30-32 hourly. In addition, other compensation, such as healthcare may be offered.
