Job Title: HVAC Mechanical Representative – Inside Sales

As we expand, we’re seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a salesperson specializing in outside sales.

Description:

• Develop an understanding of our company’s products and line partners
• Ability to review project plans and schematics
• Prepare takeoffs and pricing estimates for jobs
• Prepare, submit, and track RFIs and submittals
• Develop keen understanding of company’s product offerings
• Prepare Operations and Maintenance (O & M) Manuals and Warranty letters
• Request pricing from manufacturers, prepare submittals, manage and track orders
• Coordinate delivery of products and manage post-delivery issues (warranty issues, field issues, etc.)
• Interface with customers and manage customer relationships
• Work closely with outside sales representatives to support outside sales efforts
• Assist with architectural sales
