Farwest Climate Control is looking to hire motivated technicians that want to grow with our new ownership. Our group is looking to add technicians that can bring value to the company and customers we serve. With new ownership comes more career opportunities for our team. We plan to create an environment that will help support your grow and career in the HVAC field.

• Responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment for flat rate repairs, performing regular maintenance visits, cultivating leads for replacement. 80% residential, 20% commercial. 
• Must be able to use an IPAD for paperwork and billing. Knowledge of Service Titan billing system is a plus. 
• Must be self motivated, courteous and knowledgeable in all aspects of home heating and air conditioning systems. 
• Must possess valid Washington State drivers license, and have a good driving record. 
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and illegal drug screen (cannabinoids OK). Washington state 06A License required, and should be current on CEU's.

Farwest Climate Control has recently been acquired by new ownership. We are focused on the growth of the company and plan to find the best people in the industry! Our current core clientele is residential HVAC customers, but we serve a large majority of commercial customers in the valley as well and look forward to growing that business. Our install division is well versed in residential retrofit applications as well as new construction. We have plans to grow the company beyond just HVAC and are looking for team members that can help with that growth.
