Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base, achieve revenue targets, and grow market share in the Honolulu region.
• Oversee field service operations, ensure efficient resource allocation, comply with local codes, and deliver high-quality HVAC and sheet metal services.
• Mentor, manage, and motivate a team of service professionals to achieve operational goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years in the HVAC industry, with a strong focus on sales, service leadership, and operational management in the commercial sector.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including design, installation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams to exceed operational and sales goals.
• A local and stable work history with an understanding of the Honolulu market or similar environments.
• Advanced leadership or relevant HVAC and sheet metal field certifications are highly desirable.
