About the Company:

We seek an experienced Instrumentation and Control Engineer to support the design and execution of instrumentation and control systems across all phases of project development. This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

About the Role:

Provide I&C design support throughout the design, execution, installation, commissioning, and operational stages. Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external contractors. Apply industry codes, standards, and internal design criteria to project work. Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues involving electrical, mechanical, and control systems. Participate in factory acceptance testing (FAT) and perform field inspections. Maintain and update design documentation (loop sheets, schematics, panel schedules, I/O cabinets, one-line diagrams, etc.)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Results-driven with a bias for action and accountability. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across disciplines. Ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements.

Required Skills:

Strong technical knowledge, hands-on problem-solving skills, collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in instrumentation and control systems design and execution.

Pay range and compensation package:

Salary: $100,000+ DOE
