🔥 THE OPPORTUNITY

Our internship program is designed to provide an enriching learning experience for students and recent graduates looking to kick-start their careers. This is an excellent opportunity to develop professionally within a supportive and dynamic environment while still completing your studies.

We are seeking students or recent graduates in the following disciplines:

• Business Development

• Student Support

• Social Media

The internship will be a paid 3–6-month contract over the spring to summer period, with possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position, dependent on performance.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Business Development Internship

• Assist in researching prospective education providers in the UK and USA to build a database aligned with Formee Express’s values.
• Support outreach by drafting emails and scheduling calls to connect with universities, colleges, and schools.
• Help prepare presentation materials to showcase the benefits of the Formee Express platform to potential partners.
• Track leads and compile data for weekly/monthly activity reports to share with management.
• Contribute ideas to a customer care guide for education providers, supporting future onboarding efforts.
• Research key UK and USA education regulations to ensure compliance awareness.

✅ Student Support Internship

• Assist in managing incoming student inquiries through the website, social media, and live chat, escalating complex issues to senior staff.
• Support case management by helping track student progress and scheduling relevant appointments under supervision.
• Help provide accurate, documented advice to students on topics like courses, enrolment, fees, and using the Formee Express student portal.
• Aid students with general support inquiries, such as finances, accommodation, and support networks, by preparing resources or directing them to appropriate services.
• Support international student recruitment efforts by researching diverse regions and assisting with outreach materials.
• Assist in updating the internal CRM with student leads and basic information, learning to use its AI-integrated features.
• Contribute ideas for improving student support processes and participate in local presentations to promote Formee Express.

✅ Social Media Internship

• Assisting in the creation and scheduling of engaging social media content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter to promote Formee Holdings’ innovative tech and retail brands.
• Conducting basic research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content strategies.
• Supporting the execution of social media campaigns, including tracking key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach) using tools like Hootsuite or Google Analytics.
• Helping maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting aligned with company goals.
• Collaborating with the global social media team to brainstorm creative ideas for posts, stories, or short videos that highlight our edu-tech mission.
• Performing administrative tasks such as organizing digital assets, drafting captions, and uploading content.

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from your respective course
• Eager to learn and broaden your skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capacity to deal effectively with multiple tasks and competing demands
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skill
• Ideally 1 + year of customer service experience
