Woodlock Capital is hiring a Hospitality Investment Sales Broker to join our team in Charleston, SC.
We are a vertically integrated real estate investment, development, and brokerage platform with offices in Charleston, New York, and Charlotte. Our firm controls over 700,000 square feet of retail and mixed-use assets across Charleston, and we are aggressively expanding our hotel and resort advisory platform across the Southeast.
This role is ideal for a broker with strong hotel experience, existing owner and developer relationships, and the ability to run point on boutique, lifestyle, flagged, and resort trades.
Responsibilities
• Source, underwrite, and execute hospitality investment sales assignments
• Build and manage relationships with hotel owners, developers, lenders, and operators
• Prepare valuations, BOVs, and offering materials
• Track hotel performance, RevPAR trends, lender sentiment, and new supply across key markets
• Work directly with partners on active hotel sites, development opportunities, and capital markets conversations
• Maintain deep knowledge of Southeast hospitality markets, including Charleston, Savannah, Charlotte, Nashville, and coastal destinations
Qualifications
• 2+ years of hotel/hospitality investment sales or hotel capital markets experience
• Strong analytical skills and ability to read P&Ls, STR reports, and underwriting models
• Existing hotel owner or operator relationships preferred
• Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-execution skills
• South Carolina real estate license (or ability to obtain)
