As a Lead UI/UX Designerat Corcentric, you will join a fun, collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will be a key collaborator on the design team, working with cross-functional colleagues to deliver customer-centric product experiences.

As a Lead UI/UX Designer you will:
Collaborate with designers on other products to create aligned experiences.
Partner with product managers and engineers to define the roadmap and backlog, and to ensure strategic alignment and effective working processes.
Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, think strategically about product and design, and communicate persuasively to influence decisions.
Actively practice and evangelize customer-centric thinking.
Contribute and drive the execution of UX strategy (UX roadmap/planning) within multiple product areas.
Own and drive the design problems from the ideation to the execution.
Lead complex, multidisciplinary projects from start to finish.
Build relationships and collaborate closely with the cross-functional teams such as UX Research, Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, and Operations.
Deeply understand the business goal and challenge requirements as necessary.
Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions, iteratively.
Create user scenarios, user journey, wireframes, UI designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development.
Collaborate closely with designers on the team to gather feedback, define features and contribute to the overall direction of your product area.
Provide mentorship to junior and peer designers.
You’ll need to have:
7+ years of experience in UX and product design.
A strong portfolio showcasing foundational understanding of UX and UI design, thought process and how you've contributed to solving specific problems with functional designs.
Experience working with cross-functional teams – partnering with product and development to oversee the user experience from conception to launch.
Ability to think long- and short-term to meet the constraints of the product requests while iterating toward a future vision.
Keen ability to grasp complexity quickly and to focus on key issues.
Clear communication skills and ability to present your work to internal stakeholders at different design stages and support your decisions.
An acute self-awareness and deep empathy - for both the customer and your team’s goals.
Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions.
The ability to act as a thought partner with cross-functional teams.
Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
The ability to travel occasionally for meetings (0-10% travel).
