Experienced Optician

Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Commission | Weekend Availability Required

We are hiring licensed and non-licensed Opticians for multiple locations in NYC and are looking for some dynamic and sales driven Opticians to join our growing team! A dispensing license or an action plan to obtain a license is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver personalized, concierge-style service to a discerning clientele.
• Drive individual and team sales while exceeding KPIs.
• Stay ahead of fashion trends and share your styling expertise.
• Clienteling & reach out to help grow the business.
• Maintain impeccable store presentation and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with your team to create a seamless, luxury experience.
• Support nearby boutiques when needed—flexibility is required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced : Optical retail sales experience is required.
• LDOs: License preferred.
• Professional : You handle challenges with grace and integrity.
• Team-Oriented : You thrive in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
• Entrepreneurial : You’re proactive in driving traffic and building client relationships.
• Fashion-Savvy : You love eyewear and have a keen eye for style.

Compensation & Perks:

• Competitive Pay: Starting from $30/hr (LDOs from $35/hr) + commission
