Job Title

What does a successful Senior Certification Analyst do at Fiserv?

You will be responsible for providing clients and stakeholders with a technical contact for their certification and integration onto the client certification platform.

What you will do:

• Manage client and internal team expectations meeting target dates.
• Ensuring all specifications and compliance mandates are met.
• Manage the overall certification and integration including discovery, specification review, and technical set up, issue resolution, product integration, network configuration and reporting.
• Review and consult on transaction scripts, format and responses based on transaction and payment scripting.
• Coordinate, schedule and plan resource activities to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Partner with network, production, and other resources to manage client or vendor tests, connectivity and go lives.

What you will need to have:

• High School graduate/GED
• 2 years of merchant acquiring experience or relevant payment processing experience.
• Experience in working directly with clients, and internal/external resources.

​ What would be great to have:

• Tandem mainframe experience
• EMV experience

How you will work:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Salary Range:

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
