Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state in which you are applying
• 1 year of occupational therapy assistant experience is preferred - home health experience is preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
