Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to provide test directions to groups of students (100+)
- Prepare and assemble testing room and testing material
- Ability to recall and enforce policy and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and security of testing materials
- Able to detect nuances of improper conduct or misuse of test materials
- Maintain a quiet and secure testing environment
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for our testing software (ExamSoft)
- Must be able to adapt well to change with policy and/or software updates
- Able to consistently demonstrate high quality customer service
- Maintain communication with the Assessment Coordinator regarding test administration
- Work independently and responsibly in the absence of supervision
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Testing Center

- Physical demands for this position include some light lifting and the ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, stoop, bend, push, pull, kneel, climb, use hands and fingers, and talk / hear for extended periods of time

$15 an hour Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience proctoring or working in a classroom environment.
- Experience working with adult learners
- Experience working in a helpdesk or tech support environment.
- Customer Service
