Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Functional Solutions Architect with extensive experience to optimize operations and maximize the value of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems. This role is fully remote within the USA (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and onboard new suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Establish and refine inventory management processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Forecast demand and coordinate production schedules to meet customer needs.
- Oversee logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Utilize Oracle Supply Chain export functionality for data extraction and analysis.
- Analyze supply chain data, reporting on key performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain a risk management plan for the supply chain.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Experience with 10 full life cycle projects, including at least 2 full cloud projects.
- Strong grasp of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain Management applications, especially in demand planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Ability to export and import data effectively within Oracle SCM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
