Overview & Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Management:

  • Collect, clean, and organize people-related data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to present data findings
    to HR leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Develop regular and ad-hoc reports to support HR initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Analyze data to uncover insights related to employee performance, engagement, turnover, and other HR metrics.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with HR team members and other departments to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on projects to develop and implement data-driven HR strategies and initiatives.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in people analytics
    and data analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions
    to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an HR or people analytics role
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Visier, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to a non-technical audience.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Work location for this role may vary depending on the candidate's location, with the potential to work remotely or hybrid remotely/in-office.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.

The cost of these optional programs varies based on coverage level - employees generally pay 25% of the monthly premium cost, USG pays the rest. These coverage options are offered on the first day of employment with no waiting period.
