Let’s be real: you just want to focus on the patient in front of you, but instead your day is “Hey, go do your * brilliant exercise choice *” or “Hang on, I’ll be right there!”.

And your reward for a day well done? Mounds of paperwork after dinner! Yay!

You get people out of pain and usually don’t even get to say goodbye - because their insurance cuts them off before either of you really feels like the job is done.

You want to see them all the way back to the field or in the gym… but odds are, you’ll only know they made it if they DM you on Instagram. (And let’s be real, your schedule probably wouldn’t let you make their game anyway.)

There’s a better way and that’s what we’re doing at MyPhysio. 

We’re a growing, cash-based physical therapy clinic helping active people in DFW stay strong, mobile, and pain-free. We work with golfers, lifters, athletes, and everyday movers who want more from their care than a printout and a high-five at a too-soon discharge.

This isn’t your typical PT job. No double-booking, no mountains of paperwork. Just focused, one-on-one sessions with people who are ready to put in the work — and a team that enjoys showing up every day.

What you’ll do:

• Work one-on-one with clients for 60 minutes, without distractions or time pressure
• Build custom plans that actually make sense for your clients
• Bridge the gap from injury rehabilitation to healthy performance
• Collab with local fitness and sports coaches
• Help people stay out of pain, hit performance goals, and do what they love for longer
• Tell us who your favorite patients are - and we’ll help you go find more of them

What you’ll love:

• Driven patients who actually want to see you
• A manageable caseload (Just 25-30 visits per week!)
• Minimal paperwork with your AI scribe Claire to draft notes for you
• Collaborate with local fitness & sports groups to catch people before serious injuries strike

What we’re looking for:

• A licensed PT who knows we can help well beyond those first 6 weeks
• Solid manual therapy and movement skills (and a good listener!)
• Someone who’s excited to help shape something that’s still growing
• Bonus points if you love dry needling, golf, fitness, or saying “it depends” in creative ways

The details you're looking for:

• Full-time position with 25-30 treatment hours per week (Monday thru Friday)
• Salary range: $70-90k
• Health insurance stipend
• Occasional evening or weekend marketing events
• PTO plus paid holidays
• Continuing education allotment
