ProRank is a boutique search firm and we are working with a client to help them fill positions for Physical Therapists working in Outpatient Clinics in the Greater Seattle area. This opportunity offers full time work and a competitive salary along with a generous benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Washington state PT license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience in an outpatient or orthopedic setting preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
