We provide Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services for the adult population with a majority of our services being geared towards the 55+ population.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Physical Therapist with experience in orthopedic rehabilitation to join our dynamic outpatient team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and some experience in neurological rehabilitation.

In addition, we are seeking a candidate who understands the importance of managing relationships with patients, doctors, and colleagues in order to maintain a steady caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor treatment programs focused on improving mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the latest techniques in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Stay current with advancements in neurological rehabilitation through continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Valid Texas Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong understanding of neurological conditions and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Certifications such as CSRS, LSVT Big, PWR! or similar credentials is a plus.

Pay: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32-35 per week
