Job Title: Power BI Developer(US Citizens only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Transform raw data from multiple sources into structured, meaningful visualizations.
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and scalability.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and features.

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query M language, and building custom data models.
• Experience with data visualization best practices and design principles.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to handle large datasets and create efficient queries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or Looker.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and visualization (a plus).
• Microsoft Power BI Certification (preferred).
• Federal Experience is a plus.
