Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Warren, NJ
Salary: $80k-120k DOE
Requirements: Water/wastewater solutions

We strive to set the bar in designing and manufacturing state of the art water and wastewater treatment solutions. Our offerings include raw water pretreatment, filtration, ion exchange, demineralization, degasification, boiler make-up, wastewater treatment, cooling, and oil/water separation for markets like petrochemical/chemical, power generation and heavy industrial. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Warren, NJ.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Acts as PM for assigned projects, and backup for other PMs as needed.Serve as primary contact with  customers and leader of internal project team. Model and build a culture of customer service excellence. 
• Manage technical and commercial project scope, resolve issues and scope change requests, keep projects on schedule. 
• Through regular monitoring and reporting of metrics, ensure progress is on target, schedule and financial obligation are met or exceeded. 
• Communicate and report project status regularly, proactively, effectively. Adhere to established methodologies and processes for project management. 
• Incorporate previous Lessons Learned and Customer Closeout Meetings to identify areas for improvement, make recommendations based on findings. 

• Contribute to process improvement and change initiatives for continued success. 

What you need:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
• 4+ years of construction industry experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering documents and blueprints
• Experience in water/wastewater industry preferred*

• Proficient with ERP systems, project management tools/software
