Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has an opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for a part-time Cleaner to join our team at 3 small properties located in Three Springs, Orbisonia, and McConnellsburg. Weekly travel to 3 small properties to clean all common areas and vacant units. Cleaning equipment and supplies are provided.

Rate: $14-$15 per hour depending on experience.

Hours: Flexible Hours, 10-14 hours per week.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Clean all common areas as scheduled by supervisor.
• Removes garbage trash receptacles.
• Reports maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Inform supervisor when cleaning supplies are needed.
• May assist in the areas of groundskeeping as needed or as time permits.
• This is a safety sensitive position which requires strict adherence to our safety policies and procedures and our Drug, Alcohol and Controlled Substances policy.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

• Prior residential/commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Compensation details: 14-15 Hourly Wage
