Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter with at least 4+ years of experience to join our team in Glendale, CA . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NeoGov software and a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Utilize NeoGov software to post job openings, track applicants, and manage recruitment processes efficiently.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, identify staffing needs, and implement recruitment strategies.
• Conduct effective candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, and other employment laws in all recruitment activities.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage onboarding and pre-employment processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to assess hiring trends and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of recruiting experience , preferably in a government, public sector, or corporate HR environment.
• Proficiency in NeoGov software is required.
• Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS), hiring practices, and employment laws .
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in government or public sector recruiting .
• Knowledge of civil service hiring practices .
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
