Howdy!

We're looking for a Retail Sales Associate - Part Time to join our brand new store located in Clarksville in Austin, Texas.

Founded by a landlock surfer in 2020, Mañana is a brand of optimism, ethos, forward thinking and positivity. It's enjoying surfing but not being a "surfer". It's surf meets travel meets curiosity. As part of our team, you’ll help create an inviting experience for customers, sharing our passion for authenticity, adventure, surf culture and style while providing top-notch service. Whether you’re a surfer at heart or simply love the energy of an active, surf-inspired brand, Mañana is the perfect place to grow and have fun while doing it.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a passion for Mañana's brand and products
• Deliver exceptional customer service reflective of the Mañana brand
• Communicate positively and effectively to customers and team members
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing store by restocking, folding, and displaying merchandise according to brand standards
• Efficiently handle customer purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and a smooth checkout experience
• Stay informed about Mañana’s products, mission, and promotions to confidently educate customers and enhance their shopping experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working in a customer centric environment
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems, handling transactions, and learning new retail technologies
• Ability to work up to 29 hours per week
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to lift, bend, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed; ability to stand for entire work shift
