Retail Trainer

The Retail Trainer will provide holistic training support for HUGO BOSS Retail stores and concession stores from needs analysis through adaptation of global concepts to training delivery and training follow-up. The Retail Trainer will work closely with Retail Leadership, the Training Manager, US & CAN, as well as the Global Training Team. Training delivery & related activities will account for approximately 60% – 70% of the job with the balance comprising of admin duties including managing HB University.
The ideal candidate is dynamic and has a demonstrated passion for helping others learn and grow. This role is based in New York.

The expected base salary for this position is from $65,000 - $70,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
