Responsibilities:
We're looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our Community Regional Neuroscience ICU unit! In this 30-bed unit, you will have the opportunity to lead and collaborate with a close-knit team of 110, caring for various comorbidities, including trauma, epilepsy, intracranial aneurysm, tumors, multiple sclerosis, spinal injury and more. You will be a proactive leader with exceptional communication skills that pays meticulous attention to detail, continually fostering teamwork and collaboration. From overseeing day-to-day operations, to assisting in staff development and budget, to implementing and assessing care, you will be essential in ensuring an optimum level of care.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• 2 years staff RN experience in area of specialty providing a full spectrum of care in a variety of situations required
• May substitute 2 years supervisory experience in lieu of 2 years staff RN experience

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Certifications as required for the unit required
