• Salary: $90K to $140K Base + Bonus 

Position Overview
The Senior Roofing Project Manager will oversee all aspects of roofing projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all work meets quality standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the commercial roofing sector and a strong background using project management tools. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Prepare project estimates, budgets, and schedules, and monitor ongoing performance against these metrics.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, including addressing client concerns and managing change orders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within the commercial roofing sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing roofing projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Experience with project management softwares such as Procore or Bluebeam.
• Ability to navigate Microsoft applications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
