Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Estimating Manager to lead sales efforts and oversee a team of estimators for a custom millwork manufacturer.
· Lead sales efforts and manage a team of estimators
· Interpret Architectural Drawings and Specifications
· Perform take-offs, create a scope of work and prepare accurate estimates for customers
· Communicate with Contractors, Vendors and Architects/Designers regarding project details
· Collaborate with estimators, project managers, draftsmen, and production teams on estimates and change orders.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years industry experience
· Strong Communication and Sales Skills
· Solid computer skills (experience with PlanSwift is helpful)
· Ability to understand Architectural Drawings and Specifications to do take-offs
· Capability to Develop and Manage sales while leading a team of Estimators
