Position: Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deploying Salesforce metadata, implementing the package development model, and building CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.
This role involves a high level of collaboration across various teams to ensure the seamless deployment and integration of Salesforce applications across multiple orgs.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain Salesforce applications using the package-based development model.
Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines for approximately 10 Salesforce applications across 3 Salesforce orgs .
Work closely with project teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure best practices in Salesforce development and deployment. Provide technical leadership in Salesforce development projects, ensuring adherence to coding standards and development methodologies. Collaborate with QA teams to implement testing frameworks and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Manage Salesforce environments, including sandbox management and deployment strategies.
Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications within the organization.
Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionalities, applying them to improve development processes.
