As a Senior Associate, you will :

• Turn Ideas into Action: Apply behavioral science to transform healthcare.
• Interact with Clients: Lead discussions with and present to clients, such as UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Google Health, Lilly and Mount Sinai.
• Collaborate with Purpose: Value diverse perspectives and share valuable ideas as a member of a supportive, high-energy team.
• Drive Innovation and Growth: Take initiative to contribute beyond client work by leading internal efforts to strengthen our culture and grow the firm.

To succeed as a Senior Associate, you’ll need:

• A bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of relevant consulting experience or recent masters degree
• A unique perspective informed by lived experiences
• The innate ability to break down complex challenges to develop strategies and behavioral science solutions
• Effective written and verbal communication capabilities to present clearly
• Teamwork skills to contribute ideas and foster a collaborative environment
• Experience taking ownership of your work
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

This Senior Associate role is based in New York City with a hybrid approach to in-office and remote work — giving you the flexibility you need while staying connected with the team.
