Job Description
You will play a crucial role in supporting students and families by managing and enhancing our tutoring programs. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating tutoring activities, tracking student progress, and delivering excellent customer service. We're looking for a highly organized, prompt, and communicative individual who is comfortable with technology, fluent in Spanish, and knowledgeable about K-12 teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
Ensure exceptional Special Education services are provided to students and families.
Oversee the implementation of programs and initiatives for students and school partners.
Manage class schedules effectively to meet staffing needs and efficiency goals.
Monitor and assess student progress both individually and in groups.
Conduct meetings with stakeholders to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
Maintain open communication with students and parents to resolve conflicts positively and effectively.
Perform additional tasks as needed to uphold high-quality service delivery.
Administration
Support regional operations through timely report submissions, meticulous note-taking, and efficient task management.
Operate effectively in a remote-first work environment.
Provide virtual administrative support, including answering phones, managing business data, and recording detailed communications with schools, tutors, and staff.
Ensure time management practices align with organizational and regulatory standards.
Big-Picture
Uphold operational excellence across personnel, financial, and academic standards.
Contribute to the seamless execution of programs and initiatives.
Requirements
You'll be a great fit if you have:
A Bachelor's Degree.
2-3 years of progressive career experience.
Experience with virtual operations, especially with large teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
A history of maintaining organized records, prompt communication, and detailed note-taking.
The ability to commute to different schools in the Los Angeles area on a daily basis.
