Urban Air Adventure Parks Agency seeking an System Administrator to join our team! You will resolve computer, network and server-related issues for our clients. You will manage and complete IT projects. You will be the acting IT Manager for multiple clients. Most importantly, you will consult with our clients and provide solutions that help drive their business.

As a System Administrator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our IT operations, ensuring seamless integration across all our locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company where fun meets technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance: Manage and maintain servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring systems are up-to-date and operational.
- Network Security: Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues in real-time, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- User Support: Provide technical support to team members, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.
- Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup procedures and disaster recovery plans to protect against data loss.
- System Optimization: Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions that enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, or in a similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, and system maintenance.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented approach.
What We Offer:
Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
