Responsibilities:

Process vehicle titles accurately and timely
Prepare and submit all legal transfer documents to the state department of motor vehicles
Verify and maintain accurate records of vehicles
Communicate with customers and vendors regarding title-related matters
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Stock in vehicles that are purchased
Aid management in paperwork for vehicles purchases

Qualifications:

Previous experience in title processing preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Data Management Systems is a plus
A can-do attitude
