Position Summary:

EMS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our 1st Shift operations Monday- Friday from 7A-5PM. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing performance, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and fostering a safe, collaborative, and efficient work environment. We're looking for a strong leader with warehouse management experience who excels at motivating teams, solving problems on the fly, and keeping operations running at their best.

What You'll Do:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, including:

• Assigning and overseeing tasks to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Monitoring shipping supplies and maintaining inventory replenishment.
• Ensuring employees follow company and OSHA safety procedures at all times.
• Coaching, evaluating, and developing team members for professional growth.
• Leading safety and accident-prevention initiatives.
• Rolling up your sleeves and taking a hands-on approach when needed.
• Supporting other warehouse duties as business needs arise.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory or management role within warehouse/distribution.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, effective communication, basic math, and ability to read a tape measure.
• Leadership: Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable with fairness and consistency.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with EMS products preferred.
