Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Window and Siding Production Measure Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with experience installing various types of windows, siding, facia and soffit. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet Premiere Roofing standards and customer satisfaction. This position pays base plus bonus structure.

Duties

• Accurately and efficiently perform on-site re-measurements of company products to ensure specifications align with customer residences.
• Conduct final quality assurance checks to confirm product measurements meet installation requirements, minimizing errors and customer issues.
• Foreman job sites and prepare for forthcoming installations and ensure a secure and compliant work environment
• Install siding and windows in residential and commercial buildings according to specifications and building codes.
• Restore and repair existing window frames as needed to ensure proper fit and function.
• Perform carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, and fitting materials.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for window installation and related tasks.
• Clearly communicate and verify installation expectations and project details with the customer to ensure a shared understanding.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting and documentation throughout the customer project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation to ensure a clear and consistent record of all customer interactions and project details.
• Work with drywall installation when necessary to ensure a clean finish around windows.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.
• Close out jobs, following paperwork process

Qualifications

• Proven experience in window and siding installation.
• Strong skills in carpentry, masonry, drywall, power tools, and hand tools preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed during installations.
• Valid driver's license required for travel between job sites.
